Cliff Nurnberg

cliffCliff Nurnberg has been involved in soccer for over 30 years. His youth soccer was played in St. Louis, Missouri, and Arlington, Texas. Nurnberg played high school and club soccer in Flemington, New Jersey. During his senior year he enjoyed playing for the Group IV state Finalists, and a Mid New Jersey Youth Soccer Association League Champion.  Nurnberg also began coaching as a junior in high school with youth club teams and summer soccer camps. Nurnberg played 3 seasons of collegiate soccer with Raritan Valley in New Jersey and Webster University in St. Louis. He has enjoyed developing our U12 team since their days in Pre-K soccer, watching them grow as players and a team, including winning league championships twice in recent years.

Clint Nurnberg

Clint

Clint has played and/or coached soccer since 1976. He earned all-state and regional all-American honors playing at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, in Flemington, NJ. He played one year at Miami University of Ohio (NCAA Div. 1) and one year at Webster University (NCAA Div. 3). He is a member of both the National Soccer Coaches    Association of America and the Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Association. Clint holds an NSCAA National Diploma and a USSF National “D” License. He has been head coach of the Parkview High School boys’ soccer program since the 2000-01 school year and head coach of the Parkview girls’ program since the 2003-04 school year.

Joe Murphy

joeJoe Murphy played club Soccer and high school soccer with Bishop Dubourg in St Louis. He holds USSF National “D” License and has coached Springfield youth soccer teams for 3 years. Joe attends Missouri State University and is majoring in Marketing.

Ben Taylor

ben-taylorBen Taylor is a junior at Drury University and plays defender for the Men’s Soccer Team. Been was named to the All-Midwest Region in 2008 and set a DU single-season record with 13 assists and added four goals for 21 points. He is from Dundee, Scotland and played for Grove Academy during his high school years.

Peter Higgins

higginsPeter (Kilkenny, Ireland) is presently in his third year at Drury University. He is a key member of the Panther Men’s Soccer Team, NCAA Division 2. Peter has received Conference Team of the Year honors both seasons with DU. As a youth he played club soccer for Freebooters FC from U10 to U16 before joining Tramore FC in Ireland. Peter earned his Youth Certification Coaching Badge upon completing the Level 1 UEFA FAI courses. He has also worked with kids in several soccer camps including Samba Soccer, Evergreen Soccer School and Football Association of Ireland camps.
